It's an old recipe, and can be modded in many ways without losing its tastiness.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As I recall, this was a stew-y modification of the Pressure Cooker Chili from Good Eats. After all, I thought, Chili is just stew, and I have this other stuff around.
